Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 7 July 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains how subscriptions to ArchNova, operated by Ganexa Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (β€œGanexa”), can be cancelled and when refunds apply. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, you are not charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed. No payment method is charged until the trial converts to a paid plan.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing billing@ganexas.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it is not renewed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Monthly plans: fees are non-refundable for the current month; cancelling stops the next charge. Annual plans: you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal if you have not made substantial use of the Platform; after 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable but your access continues until the end of the paid term. Overages and usage-based charges (for example, AI-credit usage) are non-refundable once incurred.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@ganexas.com from your account email with your organisation name and the charge in question. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Set-up, onboarding, professional-services, and custom-development fees; third-party pass-through costs; and consumed usage-based charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Enterprise Agreements

Where an Enterprise order form or master agreement is in place, its cancellation and refund terms take precedence over this policy to the extent they conflict.

8. Failed Payments & Disputes

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry and will notify you; access may be suspended if it remains unpaid. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
